Yoke, Squat Stand, & Sled: All-In-One

This Yoke is built to tear up the streets - Use as traditional squat/press stand, Yoke or Push/Drag.  The American-made Y-1 Rogue Yoke features 2x3" 11-gauge steel uprights, versatile skid/storage feet, and a weight capacity topping 750 pounds. A modern take on a classic strongman training tool, the 72" Y-1 is the most compact and maneuverable of the Y-Series yokes, positioning easily into almost any training space and creating just a 50"x48" footprint.

The Y-1's fully adjustable crossbar enables simple customization for any workout, from a basic yoke carry to the Zercher carry, Zercher squat, and sled training exercises. The yoke can also be converted for squats, bench or pressing movements, making it a legitimate all-in-one option for a garage gym or larger facility.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great versatile piece of equipment I love that I can train with this piece in many different ways. Squat, bench, push/pull sled, yoke, etc.. A word of advice, if you’re kinda taller like myself (6’1) then I suggest getting a Y-2 or Y-3 because your head will bump against the crossmember. If you do get the Y-1 this problem is easily fixed by just putting some thicker mats under the legs of the yoke to raise it up a few inches giving you more room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome home-gym investment! The Y1 yoke came recommended to me by a friend who has one. He'd bought one pre-pandemic for strongman training with very little garage space on hand. I'm able to utilize it perfectly in my garage for primarily squat, press, bench activities and easily pop it outside for yoke work. The construction is solid and assembly was exceedingly simple.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect as a squat rack I bought it with the intention to use as a squat rack but was a bit nervous about the hight of the cross bar. At the top height with both pins in my head would hit it just( I'm 5'10") but I moved the bar up one notch so the top pin isn't actually connected and now have plenty of room and the rack is just as stable as before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slightly too short for >6' tall, well constructed. My height is 6'1”/6'2" I have issues hitting my head on the cross member. I had to put the feet on boards to raise it. Especially when racking high bar squats. I slid the bar up so only two pins were anchoring it. It's a bit more wobbly, but haven't had any structural failures at 225-315lbs loaded on barbell. One downside is the feet tend to angle a bit contributing to the slight wobble. *If in garage: remember floor gradient and face parallel to garage door. You'll notice the gradient if facing side walls, perpendicular to door, and will also add to slight movement of feet angle upon racking.* RECOMMEND Y2 for my height. Someone else said they got away with Y1 over >6ft tall, but I'd say incorrect. I'm using flat soled foootware, but keep in mind if you're using power shoes with a heel. I'm going to purchase some and am curious how it affects head clearance. I may even redesign my platform with runners like tracks for me to rest the rack on. It's been in my garage in the humid South, no rust. As far as height concerns in garage... Performing any overhead lifts exceeds Y2 dimensions anyways, with adequate clearance. If you're worried about walking the Y2 height out of your garage door then just disassemble cross bar and load it outside. Summary, the versatility is great. But I do miss the optional add ons that can be placed on a traditional power rack. The height is not adequate for >6'. However yoke carries and zerchers make up for the benefits of power rack stability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Height requirements Does the Y-1 fits 6'3 and above ? Cause I'm steady trying to figure something before,I purchase this equipment

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phenomenal I've been using the Y 1 yolk for approximate time of 7 months and I absolutely love it. We've had up to 800lbs on just the side posts for a walk and it has held up extremely well. I use it for atlas stone loads, yolk walk, bench and it has been very impressive across the board. My only gripe with it is that Rogue has sticker branding on the side which has got torn up in about a month of use. If you read this Rogue please laser cut your name on the 2.0 version of the yolks whenever you make them. Ps: I had the same issue on my monster lite 690 rack.
