Save Your Knees

When Tommy Kono developed the knee bands in the mid- 1960s, he called them "T.K. Knee Bands" and many of the great lifters of that era began using them while they trained.

Today, Tommy Kono's original design is available once again! These knee bands will help keep the joint stable during your workout. T.K. Bands also keep your knee joints warmed up; you'll find your knees sweating and they will still feel well-lubricated after you take these bands off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional Knee Sleeves! I've had a pair of these for 15 years and they have only just gotten to the point where they need replacing. I wore them for every squat and deadlift session, they are comfortable and do a great job of keeping the knees warm, I'd put them on 20 minutes before I trained and could leave them on for the next hour. To me that is what a sleeve should be, not a pseudo wrap boosting your ego. I replaced these with some SBD ones, as I was unaware that these were sold here, the SBD ones are not as good. When I next order from Rogue, I will get another pair of these for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Knee sleeves Fitting is great. Weighing at a 108kg I'd rather order large ones next time. Offer nice comfort and even if you sweat putting them on works nicely. I have fun squating with those sleeves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Maximum support I have an old Medial meniscal tear from a water skiing accident 30 years ago. This can give me varying degrees of knee pain or instability. I find I need varying degrees of support depending on the day and work out. When I need maximum support I go to my Tommy Kono. This includes all the others Rogue sells. They can be a little difficult to get on but they don’t absorb sweat. Just wipe them down after the workout.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best sleeves out there.. I'm so happy I'm back using these T.K Sleeves. I used it 5 years ago and my knees never gave me a problem. After that I use like 4 different sleeves and my knees were getting damage including using those SBD sleeves. SBD are good but it doesn't warm you knee up like these does, "SBD only feel like its a loose knee wrap around your knee". Last week I use SBD and my knee were sore, so decide to order a pair of T.k sleeves. When it arrive I use it and OMG this is how a knee suppose to feel before any lifting! Never going to use anything else besides T.K sleeves. Only old school lifter knows what's best.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great knee sleeves Had these knee sleeves over a year, they provide excellent protection to the knee when squatting. I ordered a size down to get more compression since i weight around 140 it works. Hard to get on so what i do is i put on compression pants then i slide them on, that way it doesn't pull off my hair on my legs.Have not had any tearing at all. Great price also

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Go to sleeve for heavy lifts I have owned these sleeves for almost three years now. I don't know what people are saying about shoddy quality. Mine have been used regularly and are still holding up well. Yes, they are a pain to put on and can be slippery when you sweat. Still, they provide some of the best support for the price! If you're on a budget these are a solid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome I don't work out. I do heavy construction. I wear them 8-10 hrs a day. 5 days a week. My first set lasted a year. Finally tore beyond usable. Buying a second pair now

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unmatched Warming and Support As 50 year old ex-skateboarder, I need extra support and warming in my knees. TK knee sleeves are the only sleeves that provide both in an affordable quality product. I suspect the people who rip on these don't put them on correctly and end up tearing them. My current pair are on their second year and are showing no signs of failing, and I squat three times per week. Learn how to put these on, (inside out, folded in half, then roll the upper part up your thigh), and they'll last you quite a while. The warmth and support these provide will leave you squatting with confidence.
