Complete stream of Event 1 from the Strongman competition at the 2022 Rogue Invitational in Round Rock, Texas. Tower of Power – Deadlift for Reps featured a 60-second time cap for the competitors to deadlift 900 LBS from their perch atop Rogue’s unique tower platform.
This was a standout event for Trey Mitchell, Martins Licis and Pavlo Nakonechnyy.

The team of Tommy Hackenbruck and Dan Bailey had a tight battle with Josh Bridges and Mikko Salo for the fastest time.

Strongman Event 2 – Cyr Bell Ladder – 5 PM

Complete stream of Event 2 from the Strongman competition at the 2022 Rogue Invitational in Round Rock, Texas. The Cyr Bell Ladder is a head-to-head event in which the athletes compete for max reps on one-arm Cyr Bell presses of ascending weight: 253LBS, 274LBS, 280LBS, and 285LBS.
Oleksii Novikov was one of the favorites coming in, but he’d have to top strong efforts from Trey Mitchell, Martins Licis, and Rob Kearney.
Individual Event 3 – Back Attack – 5:40 PM

Full stream of Event 3 from the Men’s and Women’s Individual competitions at the 2022 Rogue Invitational in Round Rock, TX. Held on Friday, October 28, “Back Attack,” presented by NOBULL, was a great showcase for some of the biggest names in the sport (Medeiros, Adler, Vellner, Lawson, Saunders), but it was also a chance for Nick Mathew and Laura Horvath to turn the tide after slow starts in the first two events.

Strongman Event 3 – Rogue Husafell Sandbag Carry – 7 PM

Complete stream of Event 3 from the Strongman competition at the 2022 Rogue Invitational in Round Rock, Texas. The Rogue Husafell Sandbag Carry challenged each competitor to carry the 400 LB sandbag version of the famous Husafell Stone for max distance. Ukrainians Oleksii Novikov and Pavlo Nakonechnyy both took substantial strolls, but Canadian Mitchell Hooper covered even more ground to get himself back in the competition.
Individual Event 4 – DT With a Spin – 7:25 PM

Full stream of Event 4 from the Men’s and Women’s Individual competitions at the 2022 Rogue Invitational in Round Rock, TX. Held on Friday, October 28, “DT With a Spin,” presented by YETI, was a grueling end to Day 2, requiring 5 rounds of the following:

9 Hang Power Clean (155LB / 105LB)
6 Push Jerk (155LB / 105LB)
This was a breakout event for Roman Khrennikov on the men’s side, as he pulled within 15 points of Justin Medeiros on the overall leaderboard. Meanwhile, veteran Laura Horvath grabbed her second straight event win to vault into second place overall.
