2022 Rogue Invitational – Individual Competition Recap | Part 1 of 5
Condensed coverage of Event 1 from the Men’s and Women’s Individual competitions at the 2022 Rogue Invitational, as re-broadcast on the CBS Sports Spectacular. “Texas Trail” was a unique off-site event held outside of Austin, TX, on Thursday, October 27, ahead of the 3 main days of competition. The 4.2 mile timed run was broken down into these segments:
1.2 mile run with ruck (30LB men / 20LB women)
1 mile run
3 sand bags up and over (100LB / 70LB)
2 mile run
The 2023 Rogue Invitational will once again be held in the greater Austin, Texas area at Dell Diamond, with three days of competition scheduled from October 27 – 29, 2023.
