Perfect bar
Love this bar.
1. The cerakote looks freaking amazing. I went with the black shaft and chrome sleeves
2. Rogue logo in the middle makes it easy to position your body in the middle of the bar for squats, bench, deadlifts, etc. Definitely an improvement over the bare steel bars.
3. This bar just fails amazing in your hands. Knurling is PERFECT. Very grippy without tearing up my hands. Going back to the knurling on my other gym equipment just feels painful in comparison, even with lower weight.

Ohio Bar - Cerakote
Perfect all around barbell...works well for all CrossFit style lifting. I also like the feel of the Cerakote...smooth but can still feel the knurling.

Great Bar!
Couldn’t be happier with this bar. I do 75% powerlifting and 25% Oly and it’s great for both. The Cerakote is grippy without being too sharp of a knurl.

Just what I needed
