Medicine Ball Harness for Kettlebell Style Training
The Ballista™ is an attachable nylon webbing sling that can be used to easily convert your existing medicine balls or slam balls into functional kettlebells. There are two sizes of the Ballista to choose from:
- Small - designed for 9” and 10” diameter Slam Balls, including our Echo Slam Balls, D-Balls, and Hoover Medballs
- Large - designed for 14” diameter Medballs, including our standard Rogue Medicine Balls
In addition to kettlebell swings, athletes can utilize the Ballista + ball for snatches, throws, makeshift dumbbell training, and more. The design is particularly helpful for reducing the typical blow to the wrist associated with standard kettlebell snatches.
All Ballistas are manufactured at the Rogue factory in Columbus, Ohio, and feature 1.5" wide black nylon webbing with a 500D cordura handle. The grip-friendly handle portion wraps securely around the webbing via a velcro closure, and measures 6" wide once it’s in place. Reinforced x-box stitching further ensures the ball remains stable and secured inside the harness, even during high intensity movements. A Rogue label and Made in the USA are included on the center strap.

I purchased the large Ballista and found it useful for doing goblet squats, kettlebell swings, heavy ball slamming, slingshots etc...

Perfect for getting into alternative workouts
I got this about 2 weeks ago, and I'm using it non stop. I've always been going to traditional gyms, but recently I've gotten into doing mud runs and gun runs that require different kinds of strength training. This is an excellent tool. Carries the medicine balls well, holds up to slams(on carpet/pads), has about an .5'' of play in it, so holds the ball snug. No defects so far. I've even taken it over to friends houses for use. I would recommend.

Outstanding for heavy slam balls!!!
I'm 65 years old and I bought a large size ballista. I use it so I can do deadlifts, rows, hip belt squats, and to make it easier to lift my 150 lb slam ball onto my bench so I can do slam ball bench presses, which feels like a close grip bench press. The ballista increases the amount of exercises that I can do with my heavy slam balls. I'm glad that I bought it.

Very versatile and makes my other tools multi-use
I made a homemade slam ball from lead shot and basketball and this turned it into a kettle bell, dumbell, etc.
I wish the handle was a touch wider on the small ballista but overall still gets a 5 star rating bc no one else offers this
