Worked for me for 2 years - never going that heavy
Worked for 2 years. never went over 150 pounds with it. Started grinding and eventually snapped on me while it was in motion with 150 pounds. Plates hit the ground fast. Glad my feet and legs were not in the way. Would love to add a new product like this if Rogue makes one in house or offers an improved design!

Good but not great
This is a nice cable kit, my only issue is the way they attach to the equipment. The wrap attachment is very universal, which is probably nice for some users. The wrap does allow the weights to swing back and forth for some exercises and also make for awkward positions to accommodate the total length of the cable system. Get creative to keep from running out of range of motion while also taking up the slack at the same time. I know this sounds odd, but I think some type of bar clamp or a mount to install it to one of the holes in a rack would be great. It may work great for you and perhaps I’m just dumb. Lol Thanks.

Cable is too long
Very smooth cable, but the length of it makes it almost impossible to use unless you have a very specific set up. Going to have to do some serious troubleshooting. Would be nice if rogue would make a pulley system that went with different types of their racks.

Cheap
Worked for about 6 months, then started grinding down on the wheel inside due to a cheap housing. This vendor-made product is nowhere near the quality of Rogue-made products.
Pulley wheel grinding down.
Bent housing.

Loving the pulley
I bought the Spud Inc Econo Tricep and Lat Pulley about a month ago. Definately happy I did. It's great quality the exercise variety it offers a lot more motivation. The only negative is the little metal pin scraps the side of the pulley as you use it. Would be nice to consider a fix for future versions. For now nothing a little music can't drown out.

Cable too long
The cable is way too long for a 7 foot pull up bar. I have to go on my knees to do tricep pull downs. Rogue did not let me return it.

Better than nothing
I bought the upper and lower, it’s better than nothing. You could make a DIY better IMO, so consider that before buying. My problem is that the weights swing everywhere, smacking into the rack or the wall. For abs, I can’t complete the motion as it hits the caribeaner, same with over head tricep extensions.
