SML-1 Rogue 70” Monster Lite Squat Stand

The SML-1 Monster Lite Squat Stand is a unique hybrid of the two most compact squat stands from Rogue's S-Series and standard Monster Series. Its 70” uprights are constructed from the same 3x3” 11-gauge steel tubing as the Monster SM-1, but with the 5/8” hardware and Westside hole spacing of the S-1.

Equally well suited to a small garage gym, large-scale weight training center, or CrossFit affiliate, the SML-1 Squat Stand operates within an efficient 49"x48" footprint, with an overall height topping out at six feet. It’s an American-built squat stand as versatile and durable as many power racks, available at an affordable price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Construction and Affordable Bought this squat stand for my wife for Christmas, and we are both very pleased with it. We have a low ceiling in our garage, so this worked out perfect. I also like the ability to add support arms, and being able to floor mount it. Rogue also informed me that you can use band pegs with it as long as you mount it to the floor. You can do basically every major lift with this stand that you can with a squat rack, but for a very reasonable price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid construction and great Looking! I’ve had the rack for about a month and it has been amazing. I wasn’t sure how it would look in the basement but it fits right in and looks very cool. For the price it is by far superior than what you would get from a big box retailer. I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about pursuing their fitness goals!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for low ceiling/Outstanding Quality I have the 70" monster lite stand with safety arms set up in a low ceiling, basement storage area used for home gym. Exactly what I needed. Quality is outstanding!. Safety arms are great and a must for anyone with kids working out at home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for home gym I’ve had this for about a month and have zero regrets. Easy to assemble. Solid as a rock. Build quality is amazing. Should last me for decades and will easily stand up to anything I throw at it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing quality I bought this a month ago and have been very pleased. It is very sturdy and very high quality. I use it for all sorts of exercises. I didn't buy the spotter arms though since I think they are expensive to add on. However, I have been able to use the stand just fine with the j-hooks that are included.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great squat stand! Bought this stand a year ago to use with my Ohio power bar. I mostly train for powerlifting, and the low ceiling prohibits any of the higher squat stands or racks. It's like other reviewers say, it is truly built like a tank! For most people, I think bolting it to the floor would be overkill. You'll be hard pressed to tip it over on a bad rerack, though it might slide a little bit. Yes, it is pricey, though cheaper than a standard powerlifting rack. Just get it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid and Stable Incredibly built. I was worried if I racked a lot of weight it might shake or wobble. Doesn't move an inch. Took me 10 minutes to put together with a couple of wrenches. Couldn't be happier. And for the price? Fantastic purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Built like a Beast I bought this 3 weeks ago and its built to last it can easily hold more than 1000 lbs which it says it can hold. Only downside is the spotter arms are a bit over priced besides that i recommend you buy this, it will not disappoint. And its made in USA
