Beoordeling 3 uit 5 door Mlee725 van Usually a fanHip circle 2.0 has a hard stop/stretch limit that comes way before the limit of the older models. The new material does have the benefit of increased resistance however the stretch limit makes it hard if you want to warmup your squat. I’m 6’0 195lbs and the Large 2.0 stops just short of shoulder width on me. This was not an issue for me with the original or grippy versions of the hip circle. Still a fan of the product but prefer the older models.

Beoordeling 5 uit 5 door SLCF1982 van Excellent accessoryI bought this because I needed some glute work and the tiny rubber bands wouldn’t stay and didn’t provide enough resistance. This band stays out, is very comfortable, and provides a lot of resistance. It’s been a great purchase.

Beoordeling 4 uit 5 door DanRy van Good warmup but limits squat widthAs a warmup product and hip activation piece this is a 5 star product, only thing I noticed is it limits the width of squats. I use mine to warm up then switch to a band to squat so I don't hit the limit of this.

Beoordeling 5 uit 5 door sgutcher van Hip Circle 2.0Was having issues with SI joint and hip pain, my massage therapist determined it was related to weak hip abductor muscles. Have used this for the past month or so with significant improvement in symptoms and just takes the workout up a notch. Try using it with regular squats, jump squats, etc.
