Sling Shot Hip Circle 2.0

Recommended by Kelly Starrett and other leading trainers and coaches, the redesigned Sling Shot Hip Circle 2.0 utilizes a new, stronger material to deliver a higher level of lower body resistance training. By positioning the circle above the knees during a warm-up walk—be it forward, backward, or side-to-side movements--you can strengthen your hip abductors and external rotators while training better form and alignment for your squats and deadlifts. You can also wear the Hip Circle during the lift itself to help keep your knees properly pushed out and reduce potential injury risks.

The Sling Shot Hip Circle is a great alternative to traditional mobility bands for this type of training, as it won’t slide or slip during use and won’t stick to your skin or rip your leg hair out, either. At a budget price, this is a virtual must-have accessory.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good warmup but limits squat width As a warmup product and hip activation piece this is a 5 star product, only thing I noticed is it limits the width of squats. I use mine to warm up then switch to a band to squat so I don't hit the limit of this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hip Circle 2.0 Was having issues with SI joint and hip pain, my massage therapist determined it was related to weak hip abductor muscles. Have used this for the past month or so with significant improvement in symptoms and just takes the workout up a notch. Try using it with regular squats, jump squats, etc.
