Available in nine weight increments for gradual progression (from 6 LB up to 30 LB), Rogue Rubber Medballs are all uniform in their weight distribution and equipped with a tread-pattern rubber outer for a steady grip even when your hands are sweaty. Aside from bouncing, they also function as stand-ins for dumbbells or kettlebells during squats and sit-ups, or as tools for balance and coordination exercises and rehab work.

Durable
It took me three years of Charlie Francis medball work to break the 10# in half and my 20# is still going strong. Considering I am throwing this thing against a concrete wall with the intent to break it every rep, I would say the durability is on point. Thanks for all you guys provide.

Excellent Medicine Ball
One of my better purchases.
It's heavy enough to give you a good workout but not so heavy it can't be thrown for dynamic exercises. Textured surface makes it easy to hold even with sweaty hands, and it holds it's shape (no sag after repeated use like some older designs).
There's a moderate amount of bounce so it can be slammed without flying all over your workout space (still, better for the backyard than the garage). It's also heavy enough to use as a weight for sit-ups.
The price is also very competitive with traditional medicine ball designs as well as more cheaply made foreign imports (Made in USA! Awesome!)
