P-5V Garage Pull-Up System

Customizable Wall or Ceiling-Mounted Pull-Up Bar Solution

Uniquely designed for a sturdy ceiling mount or wall mount, the Rogue P-5V Garage Pull-Up System’s 1x2” 11-Gauge Steel brackets can be customized to virtually any training space. Like the P-3 system, the P-5V brackets measure 24x23” inches with pull-up bar slots at both 14” and 22” from the mounting point.

The P-5V Garage Pull-Up System can be anchored to any stable wood stud/ceiling joint or concrete wall at the height of your choosing. For larger gyms, multiple brackets can also be daisy-chained together—separated by a few feet-- to create more pull-up stations while optimizing both space and materials.

Available in bracket pairs or as a complete system with a 52” pull-up bar, the P-5V Garage Pull-Up System is a durable, practical, and expandable option for a garage gym or full-scale weight training facility.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very nice Not only practical of course to do pull ups, it's almost design, a piece of art in forged steel. Attach to the wall requieres precision work but it's worth the effort. Nice in use and beatiful to look at

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Solid Bar This meets all my expectations for being a very solid bar with an excellent hand grip. It's over-engineered, which removes all the worry I would otherwise have. The install against a drywall ceiling requires care to center in the joints, a well-drilled pilot hole (no tilt) and a large socket wrench. After doing some research, I installed it using 1/2" x 4" lag bolts with 1/2" washers and a 5/16" pilot hole, which I later learned is fine, and probably 1/2" longer than required for maximum strength (you want at least 6 full threads into the wood.) My only complaint was that it didn't come with mounting hardware or even recommendations, which required me to do that research.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy duty Great pull up bar, had a wielder friend tell me it looks as solid as a trailer hitch. I wish the website told you what hardware you need to mount it before you get it so you have everything you need (or include an option for the mounting hardware). Rouge recommends 1/2” or 3/8” lag screws for either concrete or wood. I am 5’10” and have 8’ ceilings and can grab the pull up bar standing flat footed with relaxed shoulders. When I tighten my shoulders for pull ups/ other exercises I’m off the floor about an inch. I saw a video online saying this pull-up bar isn’t ideal for kipping, probably so, but kipping isn’t ideal for pull-ups either. If you’re kipping you’re not strong enough for the exercise and should consider a lower level technique in your progression to build up to it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great I love the product, it is well build and very stable. I wish the company would display the exact bolt size on their website, so that when people order the product they know exactly which bolts to buy. I could only find the correct bolt size on the instructions included with the product.
