The Matador and Landmine were a great addition to my RM-6. The landmine is aesthetically attractive, very smooth and can be repositioned with ease.

Love the monster matador. It’s allowed us to step out garage training.

This dip bar attachment is great! It reminds me of the old school V bar dip stations at World Gym and Gold’s gym in Venice in the 80’s that I used. This is my favorite attachment for my Rogue Monster rack.

Great overbuilt construction as you'd expect from a Rogue monster accessory. The piece is heavy, sturdy, and finished well (quality welds, excellent coating, etc.). There's little to no wobble once installed and in use, which is impressive. Where I think this could be improved, is in the attachment point. The addition of more protection inside the attachment beam in the form of more felt, uhmw, etc would really bring things home. I have already dinged my uprights once or twice in moving this thing around due to this, because it's slightly awkward moving the matador around and placing the hitch pin due to its size and weight until you get used to it. I've since thrown some uhmw tape on some of the sharper edges, but that's only a temporary solution. I will say I was a little disappointed that some of the plastic end caps were damaged during shipping. I have not reached out for a replacement, but this is unfortunately the third or fourth item that I've received with something missing or damaged so the packaging could possibly be improved a bit more. It's a small gripe, but having to reach out to CS to correct these issues gets a little old.

I would have given this 5 Stars but Rogue skimped out on the UHMW as pointed out by others. UHMW is only on one side and Rogue used one small piece of soft Velcro on each of the metal sides. I removed the soft Velcro that Rogue installed and lined the entire sides with soft Velcro. This has worked out great, it looks great and protects the paint from any potential scratches.

I purchased this about 1 month ago and it has exceeded my expectations……except for one minor aspect. The lining of the bracket which fits onto the Monster rack was minimal. I added my own lining in order to mitigate black marks on my white rack when the Matador is removed.

Most dip bars don’t allow for variation in length of arms. Too wide of a bar can cause shoulder pain and rotary cuff issues. This bar is slanted outward enough that most people can find the right width of their dip.
