Rogue Medicine Balls are sold individually and are available in a broad spectrum of weight increments from 4 LBS up to 30 LBS. We started by making sure all seams are double stitched then added a top stitch to the heavy range of 14 thru 30LB variants.
No matter your size or skill level, medicine ball training is one of the easier ways to improve your endurance, explosiveness, and core strength. Use them for anything from wall ball throws to traditional trunk twists, squats, sit-ups, presses, and more.
Rogue Medicine Balls come with a Two-Year Warranty from date of purchase. Warranty is voided if product is abused by repeated impact on a rough, aggregate surface or slamming the product on the ground from overhead.

Good, but…
The first med ball sent was noticeably off-balance. However, after reaching out to Rogue, a new one was sent and it has performed to my liking. I can’t speak of its long-term durability due to not having it for very long, but it seems well-built. Overall, I’m pleased with the product and Rogue’s customer service.

Good but Unbalanced
I bought a 20lb and 14lb ball. They are great quality, but they are both arrived very unbalanced, making wall ball shots a frustrating experience. Anyone have a tutorial on how to redistribute the weight more evenly?

Unbalanced
Got the 25lb ball and my main gripe is that the weight is totally unbalanced which makes it very unpredictable as it comes off the wall. I'm assuming most aren't like this and I just got a bad one unfortunately. I have a collection of Dynamax balls that are all well balanced, so I'll be sticking with that brand for med balls.
