Perfect!
Use them for a DIY Cable fly rig. Also attach them to shorty bands when benching. A must have in your arsenal of tools.

Must Have for Grip Strength
Use this with a 2.5" rotating deadlift handle. Will also use it for other things.
Great quality as usual, its what you come to expect.
As far as the 35 days it took to get it, that's crazy. If you want the best you buy Rogue, but you might have to wait a month+ to get it. Good craftsmen are not that hard to find if you pay the money. The price of these items warrant good craftsmen. Night shift?

Sturdy little Beast
I'm using this loading pin as part of a cable pulldown set up and it works great. It's super stout with solid welds. You will need a fairly large carabiner to clip through the hole at the top and span the distance between the hole and the edges. It would've been nice if the paint was a little less fragile since it flakes off easily and was starting to flake when it arrived. For me it's not an issue since I'm using this not setting it on the mantle over the fireplace.
