Bigger is better!
I don't think it will last long, but it's definitely a good roller and it feels very good. Also the size is so much better than a small one. I use it almost every day!

I Use every day
This large foam roller is simple but effective. I use it every day, sometimes twice a day. It's pretty durable and holds up to some abuse. I think for the price, it can't be beat. I have the shorter trigger point from roller and this one is a little bit larger in diameter and it's definitely a lot firmer, which I prefer. I'm 205 pounds and this roller doesn't show any signs of wear. I will probably get the shorter one eventually for traveling.

18" HD Foam Roller - hard as a rock. Love it!
I bought the 18" High Density Foam roller over a year ago and have used it regularly since then. It is still going strong without any degradation in the foam like I have seen in a cheaper version that I had purchased from a local sporting good store. The foam is firm enough to get deep into my larger muscle groups to work out those hard to get knots. Fits perfectly in my gym bag.
