Rogue Heavy Duty Figure 8 Lifting Straps

Rogue's Figure 8 Lifting Straps feature an extra-strength cotton webbing in a basket weave for superior reinforcement, reliability and comfort. Sized for use on a deadlift bar, the double-loop design can help athletes focus on their pull, and greater weight loads, without having to worry as much about grip.

These straps are made in the USA and sold in pairs. They’re available here in black with exclusive Rogue branding. One size fits most users.

How to Use: Rogue’s Heavy Duty Figure 8 Lifting Straps are worn by placing the wrist through one loop, swinging the other loop under the barbell, then putting your wrist through the second loop. This secures the bar in place, reducing stress on the grip / wrists. Both the bar and strap will need to be gripped firmly before performing a lift.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome straps, but not for big hands... I purchased these straps for strongman training but unfortunately I gave them to a friend at the gym because they were too small for my hands. It was actually faster to use regular straps or oly style straps for me because it took too much time to get my hands through the loops and that messed with my ability to get a deep enough breath for the bracing I'm comfortable with. With that said, they are fantastic straps for those with normal to smaller paws than my own, they are built very well and give a very secure grip on the bar. I only removed one star because I wish there were different sizes so I could have gotten a larger pair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not recommended These are really big and awkward to use. I’ve tried them several times, trying to get used to them. They are inferior to traditional straps. Buy traditional straps or use chalk, instead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The tightest grip. Some people complained about it being too loose, it's because there using wrong. The straps used correctly will give you the tightest you probably ever had. It takes a few seconds to get proper position with the straps and your rocking and rolling. Youtube a video of the straps if your unable to get a tight grip.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Big I should have listened to the other reviewers... I'm 5'11'' and 230 lbs. The steps are too big and won't work for me. I'm returning them. They do seem well built but they are not one size fits all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality but very big... I think this could be a great product but I feel they were made for a man the size of Eddie Hall. Not for the average person without the frame size. It would be nice if they offered a smaller size for those of us with smaller wrists and forearms. Regardless the quality is excellent, the the badges look very sharp, just could have used an 1" - 1.5" or so smaller in each loop for me personally.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buy! But be careful with your grip It’s amazing how much stress these take off your grip. But be careful, if you lessen your grip on the bar while wearing these cause you think the strap is doing all the work, you compromise all upper body tension which starts with your grip strength.
