NOTE: Negligent use includes slamming of the ball on an abrasive surface. THIS WILL DAMAGE THE SHELL and is not covered under warranty. Please ensure the floor space being used features a smooth surface and is clear of debris. If the ball seems to have lost air, simply pump the ball back up using a standard ball pump.
