ROGUE ECHO 10MM LIFTING BELT

Rogue’s Echo Lifting Belt is made from genuine leather and measures 4” in width and 10mm in thickness,* with five length options to choose from. All sizes of the belt include 10 precision-spaced holes and a single prong buckle design for easy custom tightening and optimal comfort and support. The leather on the Echo Belt can run pretty stiff out of the gate and may need some break-in time, but you’ll never need to worry about its reliability for securing the abdominal muscles and lower back on a wide variety of lifts.

*The exact thickness may vary from belt to belt due to the properties of leather.

The Echo 10mm Lifting Belt features black leather and black hardware with the Rogue logo embroidered on the back in white. Before ordering, be sure to check the sizing chart provided below.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great This is admittedly my first belt and I didn't want to break the bank. This also means that I have nothing to compare it too. But, I'm glad I went this direction because I really like it. The only thing I could see being a problem is that I'm losing weight and I only have three holes left but given the price point, when the time comes I can grab another and pass this one along or save if for a guest. Feels solid and is breaking in with use. Because I've already had a disc surgery previously, it feels great to feel so supported when I take the big exhale before pulling. Well worth the money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stiff I bought this hoping it would take pressure off my herniated disc while squatting. Unfortunately, it is so stiff that I just can't be cinched up tight. I returned it and instead chose a nylon belt which works great because it can be cinched very tight. This may be a great belt for a powerlifter who has friends to help get it tight; but for a casual lifter who works out alone, it doesn't do the job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TRUE TO SIZE I bought this about month or so ago, and I don’t regret it. I hit all my PR’s. The belt is comfortable to wear and it has a real clean finish to it as well. Have no complaints; really appreciate this belt and the inventors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect First Belt Huge bang for the buck, in my opinion. Break-in was quick and it’s overall very comfortable, and of course it performs very well as a lifting belt. Far more supportive than some other nylon or tapered belts I’ve used. Only complaint is that my ideal tension fell between two prong slots, so for the first few weeks it bordered on too-tight for me - but I doubt that’s a problem for most people. Definitely recommend.
