Parallettes have their roots in gymnastics (re-creating the feel of the parallel bars), but the type of dynamic bodyweight exercises they enable can benefit all strength athletes, no matter their sport of choice. From basic dips, L-sits, and planches to explosive swing-throughs and weighted handstand pushups, you can test your limits while strengthening the hands/grip, forearms, core, and legs.
As a key update to our original design, Rogue Parallettes now include a set of rubber feet that grip to the floor, eliminating the need for a connecting crossmember (which had to be removed, re-installed, and tightened when you changed the distance between the handles). The rubber feet handle the crossmember’s old job of stabilizing the parallettes under heavy loads. They also protect your flooring, enable more efficient storage, and make it easier to set the handles at any custom width apart that you prefer.
Made in the USA with US steel or US & CAN steel and sold as a pair, Rogue Parallettes feature 2x2” 11-gauge steel bases, with handles constructed from 1.5” diameter, 14-gauge bent pipe. The channel that connects the handles to the bases is laser-cut and bent 7-gauge steel. Each U-shaped handle occupies a 24”x15” footprint and measures 14” in height. They include Rogue’s rough-textured, signature black powder coat finish—similar to the Rogue Rings—for optimal grip.

With the new bolt-together design, Rogue Parallettes ship efficiently as disassembled components, with quick and easy set-up using the included 1/2” hardware. The protective rubber feet are also included standard.
