I got this arm band when I started adding more runs and rucks into my programming. I have had it for about 9 months now and I use it about 3 times a week for 3 to 12 miles at a time. It is comfortable and holds the phone nicely. I actually ended up getting two of them and here is why: The first one I had was a size large and the stitching broke within a few weeks of my purchase. Initially I thought it was my massive biceps and I just got the wrong size. So I got an XL and it fit but it was not as tight. Well lo and behold a few weeks after my second purchase the stitching broke on the XL and I was faced with the realization that my biceps were just average, much like the quality of this product. Not to be deterred, I gutted some 550 cord and used the threads to stitch up the seams that broke. With my home modification, this arm band is now comfortable, effective and durable. I’ll give myself 5 stars for durability and 0 stars for appearance (we’re still talking about the arm band right?). When logging miles for endurance the smallest thing can make a huge difference over time. I do like this arm band over other products but if you’re going to buy it, you better be handy with a needle and thread. Maybe rogue could ship it with a needle and thread! Or pre-repair it before it breaks on first contact with the enemy!

Sizing is good. It's lightweight and does a great job of keeping my phone secure. It's a little challenging to extract the phone while wearing, but that's probably a good thing.

Bought this because I mow my grass and listened to music it's the best thing I have every found to hold my phone.
