The Rogue Abram GHD 2.0

The premier training level Glute Ham Developer on the market—now with easier/smoother adjustments and greater portability at the same budget-friendly price.

Like the original Rogue Abram GHD, version 2.0 is a comprehensive tool for midline stabilization and the strengthening of hamstrings and glutes in a way that's functionally transferable to an athlete’s sport.* The split pad is horizontally adjustable and the vertical position is in the ideal angle for peak muscle recruitment, helping the user develop core-to-extremity power and strength. The new Abram’s key improvements were made through a combination of customer feedback and design innovations from Rogue’s own heavy-duty Monster Swing-Arm GHD. The goal: to re-create the Abram GHD with an advanced 10-slot roller assembly that makes adjustments easier without sacrificing stability, durability, or affordability.

The Rogue design team achieved this by:

1

Increased Stability

The single piece chassis construction along the length eliminates joints that may move when under intense use.

2

Quicker Adjustments

By utilizing similar technology found in our collegiate style GHD, a varying range of athletes can quickly and easily adjust the roller assembly to the desired setting.

3

Enhanced Mobility

The triangular design and wheels allow for greater portability not typically found in a GHD.

The finished product is a state-of-the-art GHD that’s fully adjustable with minimal effort and equipped to remain steady while generating peak power output. With a set of wheels and handles included standard, it’s also the perfect Glute Ham Developer for any garage gym or training facility where space is at a premium. Adjust it, use it, move it. Make it work for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing GHD machine. I purchased this about a month ago and use it at least twice a week. Just amazing to build all the core muscles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice GHD Great addition to my home gym. Biggest challenge was putting it together with the included instructions, but I was able to do it. Other than that, nice piece of equipment, met my expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive Looking I waited for almost a month for this machine and paid more than double what I could of paid if I would have got something locally but I am glad I waited every minute and spent that extra money because this machine is a beaty. Looks tough and that's because it's built tough. This thing will last till the end of time. Iam very happy I purchased this over anything else I was looking at. Like the saying goes " You get what you pay for"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Abram GHD We bought this for our crossfit son for Christmas to complete his home gym. He thinks it is excellent. It went together easier than I thought it would and it is very sturdy. For a big machine, it is easy to move. My only negative would be the instruction sheet diagrams are a bit small for seeing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic I just got this after having sold my older York GHD. This thing is so impressive. It adjusts with ease, it’s quiet (those circular hip pads on the York made obnoxious noises), I feel like the foot rollers hold feet more securely, and, as everyone else has mentioned, it doesn’t move at all. I have zero complaints. It even adjusts small enough that my 4yo can play around on it practicing his sit ups.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rogue Abram GHD 2.0 Built like a tank. Super solid. Looks classy. Easy to wheel around. Is it worth the extra couple of hundred over the basic version... probably

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Abram 2: Perfect GHD for my garage gym I debated--no, agonized--between purchasing the Abram 2.0 and the Monster Swingarm GHD (MSA) for at least 2 weeks before I finally pulled the trigger on this one during the week of black friday. The MSA is attractive and smaller, yes, but it’s double the price without a doubling of the functionality. The Abram 2.0 arrived in 5 separate boxes, delivered within 5 days to the west coast. Assembly was relatively easy, took about 90 minutes. Unfortunately, the instructions consisted of super small diagrams with even smaller arrows and numbered parts, no explanatory wording; one must look at internet pictures of the finished product through strained eyes to get the gist. All the parts were present (it helps to lay out the different bolts, nuts and washers in their groups---BEFORE assembly begins); none were missing. The Abram 2.0 has optional wheels, which make moving easier; four extra bolts are included in case one decides to leave the wheels off. As for the construction, the Abram 2.0 is built like an Abram tank; 2 x 3 inch 11-gauge steel with big gnarly nuts and bolts. While trying it out, I was pleased that the pads were firm yet soft enough to make glute ham raises easy on the knees--much easier than using those round, rotating pads on other models. The swingarm unit (NOT the entire GHD) does move slightly once assembled, but minimally, not noticeable during movements; and it’s easy to make adjustments for different exercises: just pull and hold the pin, while moving the swingarm unit to the desired position. I’m exceedingly happy with my choice, and although I still lust after the Monster Swingarm GHD, I am happy with the Abram 2.0 and plan to get years of use out of it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Quality I purchased a few months ago for my home gym. Excellent Rogue quality as I expected. I use daily to strengthen my core and improve flexibility. This GHD is worth it’s weight in gold!
