The Rogue Abram GHD 2.0

The premier training level Glute Ham Developer on the market—now with easier/smoother adjustments and greater portability at the same budget-friendly price.

Like the original Rogue Abram GHD, version 2.0 is a comprehensive tool for midline stabilization and the strengthening of hamstrings and glutes in a way that's functionally transferable to an athlete’s sport.* The split pad is horizontally adjustable and the vertical position is in the ideal angle for peak muscle recruitment, helping the user develop core-to-extremity power and strength. The new Abram’s key improvements were made through a combination of customer feedback and design innovations from Rogue’s own heavy-duty Monster Swing-Arm GHD. The goal: to re-create the Abram GHD with an advanced 10-slot roller assembly that makes adjustments easier without sacrificing stability, durability, or affordability.

The Rogue design team achieved this by:

Increased Stability

The single piece chassis construction along the length eliminates joints that may move when under intense use.

Quicker Adjustments

By utilizing similar technology found in our collegiate style GHD, a varying range of athletes can quickly and easily adjust the roller assembly to the desired setting.

Enhanced Mobility

The triangular design and wheels allow for greater portability not typically found in a GHD.

The finished product is a state-of-the-art GHD that’s fully adjustable with minimal effort and equipped to remain steady while generating peak power output. With a set of wheels and handles included standard, it’s also the perfect Glute Ham Developer for any garage gym or training facility where space is at a premium. Adjust it, use it, move it. Make it work for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! I love this piece, was initially going to go the budget route but figured this was worth the investment and buy quality. The notch system makes it very easy to change the settings, which is important to me, since the echo version ends up making me frustrated while I’m tired and trying to change the setting. Additionally, I am happy that I can use this as a bar holder for stuff like curls and a preacher curl set up. Both are very important to me, since my biggest focus areas right now are lower back/hamstring development and biceps.... so this was a no brained and is very easy to move around if no one mentioned. Set up was simple as well, very happy!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect “Almost perfect” because the foot pads both split after very little use. Everything else about the equipment is great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best. Investment. Ever. This thing would still be here if a tornado blew the building down. SO strong and built to last forever. I'm fat and hadn't done a sit-up since high school. This thing not only makes it easier, it's fun. And if you hear a fat girl say something is fun, you better believe it's a good time. We'll never buy anything but ROGUE ever again. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Duper Our GHD came in a month ago and it has been a great addition to the gym. I will say it is a little difficult for short people to move. Once you find a spot for it, it is perfect, doesn't wobble. Another issue was there was no instructions on how to build it. Overall this had been great, the multiple adjustment make it easy for anyone to fit in and get a great workout!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another great piece for the home gym I bought his for my husband for father’s day and I think I use it more than he does. This is an amazing piece of equipment. It’s big and sturdy but doesn’t take up too much space. It’s better quality that what you will find in most CrossFit gyms (unless they have this exact same model). The adjustments are easy to make. It really completed our garage gym.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a monster and I am afraid I traveled for Canada to pick this up in Columbus along with a Concept 2 BikeErg. While I was waiting I looked at the floor models. I am a 167lbs 74 year and this thing outweighs me by 50lbs. I love this machine, it is solid, 11 gauge they say, yes for the square tubing, everything else is 3/8” or 1/4” Started training the glute hams this morning. Also did hip extensions and sit-ups. No issues, you get what you pay for, very good value that will last longer than my lifetime. Well done Rogue. Just improve your assembly instructions. I asked and was sent a pdf. Assembly is actually quite easy if you don’t consider the weight :>) Attentive customer service at every step.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Check the pads One of my pads stared “leaking” and when I pulled it off to check I noticed the cover was coming off. I put a few staples in it then pulled off the other one to check... Other than that the craftsmanship is like everything else Rogue makes, sturdy, reliable and functional. The number of staples in the pad seems a silly thing to dock a star for but without the pad you’re doing nothing with this machine.
