Great gear addition
I started working out at CrossFit and there have helped save my knees on strength days. I had knee surgery in prior years and the sleeves help protect my knees on squats.

Knee wraps 5mm
I bought one pair about a year ago and they worked so well i bought three more pairs. I hike a lot and have arthritis in both knees. The 5mm wraps let me walk and climb with ease and i don't even know they are on when i am hiking.

Knee Saver!
Highly recommend these for anyone who does anything that puts pressure on the knees. These do a great job of stabilizing the side of the knee which is a weak point during any loading. Super comfortable and flexible, haven't tried it yet but seems that it would make a world of difference for running and sports as well! These things get pretty sweaty and absorb moisture so be sure to clean and dry out frequently!
