Rogue 4” Nylon Weightlifting Belt

Rogue’s 4” Nylon Weightlifting Belt is an affordable, dependable option for athletes of any size and skill level. Much thinner and lighter than a traditional leather weightlifting belt, our Nylon Belt still provides firm, stable support of the abdomen and lower back—helping you get the most out of your squats, deadlifts, hang cleans, etc.

The 4” Nylon Weightlifting Belt is also ideal for easy transitions from light to heavy lifting movements, with a quick-adjust steel tensioning buckle and hook-and-loop fastening system.

Important: Choosing the right size belt is critical to its effectiveness in your workout. Use our sizing chart below to determine which size Rogue Nylon Belt is right for you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Belt with disadvantages I exchanged the belt with a 5", because the 4" belt notches the belly. For me it was absolutely not comfortable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't stay velcroed The velcro on this belt has come undone several times during heavy lifts, twice within the last week. Last week I was in the bottom of a squat clean pr when it undid itself and yesterday during a heavy deadlift it popped open. The belt has also worked itself open during wods.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad Velcro I have had this belt for 4 months now and the Velcro is just getting worse. The belt pops off at the worst possible time when in full flexsion during a squat clean or snatch. I had a guy come up to me who had the same weight belt ask me if my keeps popping off during heavy loads. From there I knew it wasn’t just mine. Upgrade to the Matt Fraser rouge belt, and avoid the frustration.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good belt. Great price. I never wanted to be a belt guy but they do help. I use this thing everyday for squats and clean and jerks. The velcro holds well and the belt is really supportive. Helps me keep a good position in cleans and front squats.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small but powerful I do lot's of big compount movements with heavy weights, squads, deadlifts, rows, bench etc. the belt really does his job improving my lift by giving the right amount of lowerback counter pressure. The belt isn't to big or heavy what is nice if wear it allot. Great product, only the amount of shipping costs is pain. Won't be ordering small amounts or at all.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not bad I wanted something a bit more flexible than my power lifting lever belt for dead lifts. This is okay and is flexible but doesn't give anywhere close to the support of the thicker leather belts.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does not last Bought this belt approx 6 months ago. At first it worked great for C&j. Now it pops open when I jerk! Really not good when you are trying to pr. massive put off when lifting. No longevity but the belt is low cost.
