Convert your SML-2/3 Squat Stand into an RML-390F

RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack

The RML-390F is the Flat Foot version of the RML-3 Monster Lite Power Rack. Available as a stand-alone unit or by converting an existing SML-2 or SML-3 Squat Stand, this rack's self-stabilizing base means you won't need to bolt it to the ground before you use it - a major benefit for those looking to protect their floors or to have more flexibility in a workout space.

The Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is manufactured in Columbus, OH with US steel, and features 3x3” 11-gauge steel uprights with Westside hole spacing and 5/8” bolts and fasteners. Leaving just a 48”x49” footprint, the unit still creates a substantial 30” of inside depth. Customers can choose between a Single Skinny or Fat/Skinny 43” Pull-up Bar, and all orders come standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-Cups and a pin/pipe safety system.

RML-390F Conversion Kit Includes:

  • (2) Monster Lite 90" Sticks
  • (1) XML-30" Crossmember Pair
  • (1) 30" Pin/ Pipe Safety System
  • All additional hardware required

Please Note: Band Pegs and Safety Spotter Arms should NOT be used with the Flat Foot Rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome for my home gym! My husband and I have been using this rig for over a month now, the set up was so easy! We use it five times a week. We have a slight slope in our garage but it does not wiggle or move! we are so impressed and would recommended to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Purchase Ever First big purchase after buying our first home, so worth it. This thing is solid, love the endless potential for attachments, and the quality feel of every Rogue product. I’ve already got a few friends on board waiting for their home gym shipments!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Conversion kit I initially bought the SML-2C , but realized making it a power rack gives me more space in my small room and this was the best choice . Customer service is awesome , and helped me to pick the kit and change the color to match my original purchase

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love at First Lite This is my first power rack. I did a bunch of research and pulled the trigger on the RML390F. I added the Matador dip-bar, extra J-hooks, plate storage channel pair, and an Ohio Bar. I bought the Adjustable bench 2.0. from the retail store 2 years ago, before the gyms closed due to Covid. I am 6'2 and weigh 235 pounds. The rack is super stable, even while doing pull-ups. I can do squats with plenty of room to spare. I like how it's open-ended so I can move my bench deeper for inclined presses without running into a crossmember on the floor. Its heavy, but putting it together was pretty straight forward. Initially my main concern was shipping time. That's what impressed me the most. All the reviews I read said it would take forever. All the items I ordered came in 15 or so individual shipments, typically with 3 or 4 arriving on any given day. Everything was at my doorstep in less than two weeks. No regrets.
