Convert your SML-2/3 Squat Stand into an RML-390F

RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack

The RML-390F is the Flat Foot version of the RML-3 Monster Lite Power Rack. Available as a stand-alone unit or by converting an existing SML-2 or SML-3 Squat Stand, this rack's self-stabilizing base means you won't need to bolt it to the ground before you use it - a major benefit for those looking to protect their floors or to have more flexibility in a workout space.

The Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is manufactured in Columbus, OH, and features 3x3” 11-gauge steel uprights with Westside hole spacing and 5/8” bolts and fasteners. Leaving just a 48”x49” footprint, the unit still creates a substantial 30” of inside depth. Customers can choose between a Single Skinny or Fat/Skinny 43” Pull-up Bar, and all orders come standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-Cups and a pin/pipe safety system.

RML-390F Conversion Kit Includes:

  • (2) Monster Lite 90" Sticks
  • (1) XML-30" Crossmember Pair
  • (1) 30" Pin/ Pipe Safety System
  • All additional hardware required

Please Note: Band Pegs and Safety Spotter Arms should NOT be used with the Flat Foot Rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from STRONG + STURDY Thanks to this piece of equipment, it's easy to stay fit, strong and sane while Los Angeles gyms are still closed. The 3x3 uprights are solid and the 30" clearance is perfect for bench & squat. The workmanship is superb with clean welds and powder coat finish. I replaced the pin & pipe safeties with the Safety Strap System 2.0. Since there's no option for numbered uprights, I bought 4 packs of Duro 1/2" Gothic Letters/Numbers in silver. Tip: wipe surface with rubbing alcohol & apply numbers with tweezers

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great addition in our apartment Sturdy build of course. Great dimensions, large enough and high just enough not too much. Pull up bar is perfect for someone at 5'10", nice to start the pull without having to bend your legs. Spotter arms are a little disappointing. It is sturdy for sure but we two using the rack and when it is time to move them up or down during workout time, moving the pin all the way out and in is long and noisy. Also if you do some pin bench it is too noisy when you are in an apartment. We bought the safety strap so replace the spotter arms. Perfect for an apartment setting. I used to workout at a gym full of Rogue rigs so I had no suprise, this rack at home make you feel like I am at the box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only piece of gym equipment you’ll ever need. Well, other than the barbell and weights, of course. This rack is perfect for squatting and bench pressing. I’m 6’0” and I have no problem moving around inside the cage. Overhead press would be a little tight inside but the j-cups move around so I put them on the front of the cage and OHP right I front. This rack is stable when racking or when doing pull-ups. The pin-pipe safeties are a little cumbersome to adjust, but they are super solid and will keep you safe. Took my wife and I approximately 2 hours to set up but could probably be done faster now that I have done it once. I HIGHLY recommend a ratchet set (bolts were 15/16ths, I believe, so must have a large set). Doing this with a wrench would not be fun, though technically possible. Overall, extremely happy with this rack. Do yourself a favor, spend the money to get a good rack, and stop wasting time driving to the gym.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid monster I bought the lite rack a while ago and recently bought the rack conversion kit. Simple to convert, quality product. Ideal for small home gym like mine with a relatively small footprint. Sturdy - it’s a beast. Rogue makes excellent equipment. No regrets.
