Convert your SML-2/3 Squat Stand into an RML-390F

RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack

The RML-390F is the Flat Foot version of the RML-3 Monster Lite Power Rack. Available as a stand-alone unit or by converting an existing SML-2 or SML-3 Squat Stand, this rack's self-stabilizing base means you won't need to bolt it to the ground before you use it - a major benefit for those looking to protect their floors or to have more flexibility in a workout space.

The Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is manufactured in Columbus, OH, and features 3x3” 11-gauge steel uprights with Westside hole spacing and 5/8” bolts and fasteners. Leaving just a 48”x49” footprint, the unit still creates a substantial 30” of inside depth. Customers can choose between a Single Skinny or Fat/Skinny 43” Pull-up Bar, and all orders come standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-Cups and a pin/pipe safety system.

RML-390F Conversion Kit Includes:

  • (2) Monster Lite 90" Sticks
  • (1) XML-30" Crossmember Pair
  • (1) 30" Pin/ Pipe Safety System
  • All additional hardware required

Please Note: Band Pegs and Safety Spotter Arms should NOT be used with the Flat Foot Rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s glorious! Just bought this rack, and although I had a few hiccups with my order not shipping I finally found someone in customer service that went out of their way to make sure my order got onto a truck. Within two days my entire order which was two full skids (1200lbs) made it to Ontario, Canada and to my doorstep in two days! The packaging was way overkill but it ensured it all arrived without a scratch. I added the multi-grip pull-up bar and dip attachment. Although I don’t have any plate storage on the rack it’s pretty stable, I weigh 210lbs. The rack it’s is insane, its so overbuilt I’m sure it’ll last me a lifetime. It was super easy to assemble, took about 3 hours to assemble my whole order, packaging was easy to read and find parts that I needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly Recommend! I bought this a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. I am 72” (6ft) and the skinny pull-up barb works great for me. I can hang without my feet being on the ground. I love that it does not have to be bolted to the ground. The rack is pretty heavy which keeps it very stable. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my rack! I purchased this rack a week ago and had to leave a review already! This this is massive and built to last. The build quality is exceptional and was simple to assemble. The rack is not cheap but in my opinion worth every dollar. I purchased the cerakote pull-up socketed bar and safety straps with the rack. Rouge refunded me the difference in exchange for upgrading. I did check with them first before I purchased. Great rack!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bomb-proof! I ordered the RML 390F about a month ago, shipping was quick, installation was simple. A big concern I had was how stable the rack would be, this thing is solid! I'm a 260lb guy and it doesn't budge when I do pull-ups on it. The mounting hardware, size of the bolts it uses alone impressed me. I haven't even accessorised it (PLENTY accessories on my wish list)much yet and I still get great workouts from it. I used Rogue before as some military gyms use Rogue equipment, so there was no real risk, I knew it was quality prior to purchase. I'd recommend to anyone and buy it again. Worth every penny!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid as a tank I've been using this rack for about 6 weeks now. This thing is a beast. I'm plenty comfortable squatting heavy, and doing pull ups and bar muscle-ups without the rack shaking much. I plan on adding plate storage on the rack to remove all shaking. One of the main reasons I got this rack (other than it's sturdiness and the ability to move it around should I add to my garage gym) is the height. I have the fat/skinny bar pull up combo on the upper horizontal part of the rack. I'm 6'0", and can hang fully (it's close, but it works). All in all, this thing makes me want to work out. I just look at it, and it's like being a kid and looking forward to coming home to play with a new toy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great rack This year we upgraded personal training equipment to better suit our clients. Initially I thought it wouldn’t make that much of a difference and was concerned about the amount of space that was available in our tiny garage (1 car). The RML 390 F with the multi grip crossmember left 8 inches to the ceiling. It’s so tight that once assembled you can’t take it out of the box. Regardless of the space constraints we are able to get better training sessions. Adding 4 plate posts holding 330 lbs, clients of 200lbs say the rack is super sturdy. Highly recommend the RML rack it was well worth the acquisition.
