Convert your SML-2/3 Squat Stand into an RML-390F

RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack

The RML-390F is the Flat Foot version of the RML-3 Monster Lite Power Rack. Available as a stand-alone unit or by converting an existing SML-2 or SML-3 Squat Stand, this rack's self-stabilizing base means you won't need to bolt it to the ground before you use it - a major benefit for those looking to protect their floors or to have more flexibility in a workout space.

The Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is manufactured in Columbus, OH, and features 3x3” 11-gauge steel uprights with Westside hole spacing and 5/8” bolts and fasteners. Leaving just a 48”x49” footprint, the unit still creates a substantial 30” of inside depth. Customers can choose between a Single Skinny or Fat/Skinny 43” Pull-up Bar, and all orders come standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-Cups and a pin/pipe safety system.

RML-390F Conversion Kit Includes:

  • (2) Monster Lite 90" Sticks
  • (1) XML-30" Crossmember Pair
  • (1) 30" Pin/ Pipe Safety System
  • All additional hardware required

Please Note: Band Pegs and Safety Spotter Arms should NOT be used with the Flat Foot Rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Solid Been using the rack for the past 6 weeks or so. Love it. Very solid and doesn't move with pullups or dips on the matador bar. Not having to bolt it to my garage floor has been a huge bonus. Highly recommended!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent build quality, perfect for small spaces I have a relatively small space for a gym, and no good option for drilling into the floor. This rack proved to be the perfect solution. Super sturdy, easy to assemble, everything fit together cleanly and perfectly. Feels super solid. Also, loving all the accessories that perfectly go with the rack, such as the vertical bar holder and the matador for dips.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Built like a tank! I bought this about a month ago and I have absolutely no regrets. The setup was super easy and it is incredibly sturdy. I have no doubts this rack will last longer than I will and I am so glad I went with Rogue and not another cheaper brand. Customer for life!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy and strong This rack is well-built, sturdy, and easy to put together. It took two of us about 2 hours to put together, while also chasing a 1-year-old :) Overall, a great purchase we should have made sooner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great construction! I bought this earlier this fall and am so please. It’s very solid and has so many options for attachments. Worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice upgrade! Great upgrade from a SML-2 stand to a 390F rack. This gives me much more versatility in my training regime while being safe doing it. Was even able to get it in my Gunmetal Grey to match my existing uprights. Unlesss your claustropic, the 30” inner depth is sufficient, although it took a few sessions to get used to. The quality is Rogue quality! As in, excellent. Easy to put together. The only downfall, and it’s minor, “free floating” rack is just that. There is some movement when re-racking the weight. It’s an easy fix; either drill 5/8 holes through the base and bolt to platform or use concrete anchors if bolting to floor itself. Upgraded the safety pins to a strap system. And invested in the Rogue Monolift set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Read No Other Reviews Below is a picture of what was my 2-story, concrete and steel home in Malibu. It, along with my 7,000lb F-150 Raptor, were completely incinerated by the recent fires. But look closely and you will see, remarkably, my Rogue Rack still standing tall. Needless to say, you won’t find a better made product for the money.
