RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack

The RML-390F is the Flat Foot version of the RML-3 Monster Lite Power Rack. Available as a stand-alone unit or by converting an existing SML-2 or SML-3 Squat Stand, this rack's self-stabilizing base means you won't need to bolt it to the ground before you use it - a major benefit for those looking to protect their floors or to have more flexibility in a workout space.

The Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is manufactured in Columbus, OH, and features 3x3” 11-gauge steel uprights with Westside hole spacing and 5/8” bolts and fasteners. Leaving just a 48”x49” footprint, the unit still creates a substantial 30” of inside depth. Customers can choose between a Single Skinny or Fat/Skinny 43” Pull-up Bar, and all orders come standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-Cups and a pin/pipe safety system.

RML-390F Conversion Kit Includes:

  • (2) Monster Lite 90" Sticks
  • (1) XML-30" Crossmember Pair
  • (1) 30" Pin/ Pipe Safety System
  • All additional hardware required

Please Note: Band Pegs and Safety Spotter Arms should NOT be used with the Flat Foot Rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfied Customer! I turned my garage into a gym and knee I wanted quality durability and style. Well Rogue had the answer for me with the RML-390F rack! This thing is awesome... didn’t have to bolt it to ground...very stable...it doesn’t budge! I purchased the storage channels to store my bumper plates on the rack for additional security. This power rack is a tank...squats, pull ups, bench press...any exercise I throw at it...the Rogue is solid enough to handle it. Quality precision welding and it just looks awesome! Power racks are the center piece of your gym... don’t cut looking for the cheap options! Go for the Rogue and workout with a peace of mind and satisfaction!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything that it says it is. The smartest thing I've done starting a home gym is saving my hard earned money and investing in some Ruge equipment. This is the king of racks, and you can trust it with virtually any beating you put it through. It's not only built like a tank but aesthetically pleasing to the eye as well. I can't say enough about it, but what I will say is not even the local gyms around me have equipment of this quality, and that makes me feel pretty darn good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleased With This Rack This power rack is all I will ever need for a home gym. Quality is excellent. I can not imagine anyone exceeding the structural limits of it. Looks good and is very functional. I did not have a rack and this has put my workouts on another level. I was interested in a Monster Rack because of the custom colors and numbered holes. Chose this one because it was 300 dollars less and free standing (didn't want to drill holes in my floor).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredibly Strong and Beautiful Don’t think it twice, but it. Sometimes I go to my garage gym just to see and touch the rig. Beautiful, perfect. Save money somewhere else, but don’t skimp and miss the pleasure of owning this rack. Amazing, super happy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything you could you want. I am a beginner, so this rack is almost ridiculously more than I need, but it's definitely something to grow into. It's unbelievably solid and the safety features (I upgraded to the straps) gives me the confidence I need to lift alone. A women's bar, a basic set of number plates, a few fractional, and some chin-up assist bands and providing far more value to me than years at a commercial gym. I have no good excuse not to stumble down to the basement before work and get in a proper routine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rock Solid Decided to put together a home gym. Living in Canada i decided to look at some local stuff and some of the well known companies. Always came back to Rogue. I chose the FML because i have my gym in my basement soi did not want to drill into my floor. Ups Dropped of the boxes, Ups is probably the only negative thing in this whole thing. I had to call them to schedule a delivery they dropped it off on the curb. Luckily when the delivery guy arrived the rain had stopped! As for the rack it is every bit a « Monster » it took me 45 mins to put it together and let me tell you it is rock solid. Don not hesitate this is probably better then most racks in gyms. Its really nice to look at and the heart of my home gym. Wether it’s squats, presses or pull ups the thing is a beast. Order it you wont be disappointed , worth every penny

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Quality! I learned about Rogue equipment through my Crossfit gym, and I've been buying it ever since! Rigid, strong, high quality components that can withstand the rigors of an intense workout! I'm very happy with the ease of assembly (did it all by myself), as well as the strength of the unit! The last rack I had from a different vendor didn't have a high enough chinup bar and would rock when I tried to do pullups. Not a problem with this unit. Also, the dip bar is very impressive! Much more heavy duty than I expected. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and recommend Rogue equipment to anyone searching for the good stuff!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stand Alone Rack without Anchorage RML 390F is a great product that is a great alternative to Westside’s original R3 rack. Pros: - Having adequate spacing inside the cage (more space than R3) - 3x3 tubing allows for usage of Rogue attachment on all angles - Great powder coating - Very sturdy, rigid and tough (can take a lot of beating) - Can be converted to an SML1 or Half Rack Options - Outstanding Customer Service from Rogue allowed change of Safety Pins to Straps (must pay difference) - Plenty of attachment options - Does not require it to be bolted to the ground Cons: - Difficulty receiving materials from UPS (specially in condos and townhouse) - Has minor horizontal movement when doing pull ups (not a problem for athletes weighing under 200lbs) - Bands cannot be used with this rack - 3x3 takes up a larger room than 2x3 which may be hit when re-racking weights after squatting or OHPs. - Attaching the Echo GHD causes minor blemishing on the powder coating due to the weight - May require additional weight storage attachment with a couple 45lb weight to completely remove the horizontal movements when doing muscle ups or kipping pull ups Overall, if I had a chance to remake my gym, I would repurchase this same rack. It’s not too big nor is it too small - quite perfect for those wanting to use it for home gym (garage or basement)
