RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack

The RML-390F is the Flat Foot version of the RML-3 Monster Lite Power Rack. Available as a stand-alone unit or by converting an existing SML-2 or SML-3 Squat Stand, this rack's self-stabilizing base means you won't need to bolt it to the ground before you use it - a major benefit for those looking to protect their floors or to have more flexibility in a workout space.

The Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is manufactured in Columbus, OH, and features 3x3” 11-gauge steel uprights with Westside hole spacing and 5/8” bolts and fasteners. Leaving just a 48”x49” footprint, the unit still creates a substantial 30” of inside depth. Customers can choose between a Single Skinny or Fat/Skinny 43” Pull-up Bar, and all orders come standard with a pair of Monster Lite J-Cups and a pin/pipe safety system.

RML-390F Conversion Kit Includes:

  • (2) Monster Lite 90" Sticks
  • (1) XML-30" Crossmember Pair
  • (1) 30" Pin/ Pipe Safety System
  • All additional hardware required

Please Note: Band Pegs and Safety Spotter Arms should NOT be used with the Flat Foot Rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stand Alone Rack without Anchorage RML 390F is a great product that is a great alternative to Westside’s original R3 rack. Pros: - Having adequate spacing inside the cage (more space than R3) - 3x3 tubing allows for usage of Rogue attachment on all angles - Great powder coating - Very sturdy, rigid and tough (can take a lot of beating) - Can be converted to an SML1 or Half Rack Options - Outstanding Customer Service from Rogue allowed change of Safety Pins to Straps (must pay difference) - Plenty of attachment options - Does not require it to be bolted to the ground Cons: - Difficulty receiving materials from UPS (specially in condos and townhouse) - Has minor horizontal movement when doing pull ups (not a problem for athletes weighing under 200lbs) - Bands cannot be used with this rack - 3x3 takes up a larger room than 2x3 which may be hit when re-racking weights after squatting or OHPs. - Attaching the Echo GHD causes minor blemishing on the powder coating due to the weight - May require additional weight storage attachment with a couple 45lb weight to completely remove the horizontal movements when doing muscle ups or kipping pull ups Overall, if I had a chance to remake my gym, I would repurchase this same rack. It’s not too big nor is it too small - quite perfect for those wanting to use it for home gym (garage or basement)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid! I was hesitant to buy a rack that didn't bolt to the floor but wanted to be able to move it around as needed without the hassle of drilling over and over. This thing barely moves with pull ups and toes to bar. I'm about 185 5'11". Very pleased with my rogue home gym so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bargain deal. Superb quality and looks. Heavy duty and feels premium. It can handle all the weight I’ll ever need, which is saying a lot. I don’t want to brag, but I’m incredibly strong and lift amazing amounts of weight when compared to what a small child can lift. I’m pretty sure a plywood power rack from Ikea would have exceeded my weight needs, but having a premium and heavy capacity power rack from Rogue makes me feel stronger, which in turn gives me confidence, which in turn puts me at greater risk of starting a fight I cannot handle. I’m sorry you read this review, but not really if I had to be completely honest. I was bored. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this power rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Rack After looking at several racks and stands from a couple different companies I finally decided on this one and I couldn’t be happier. It is rock solid and assembly was a breeze. If you are thinking about buying it just do it, you won’t be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from solid piece of equipment I bought this recently along with everything else needed to build my home gym and I was impressed from the very beginning with the quality of the equipment and the robustness of the rack. My recommendation to others is to get stand-alone plate storage as this rack is not designed to have plates stored on the sides and still be functional as a squat rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent rack for Powerlifting I originally got a squat rack and had it for over a year I just did the 390F RML conversion kit to make it a rack and wish I had done it sooner. I have seen several comments regarding concerns of it tipping without it being bolted down but I have been pushing heavy weights through it I have had no issues it’s very solid
