Return/Exchange Policies


ROGUE'S RETURN POLICY

Customers have a right of withdrawal which means that you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a purchase you have made online for a refund or exchange. The information applies to purchases within the EU / EEA / UK.

All items must include original packaging,  

Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please use the Online Returns/Exchange Form to generate and print your return authorization.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, including customs fees where applicable.

We advise that you keep and monitor the tracking information for your return shipment. 

Rogue does not accept responsibility for return shipments that get lost in transit on the way to our warehouse. 


RETURN EXCEPTIONS

All Final Sale items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include Zeus custom items, made-to-order items, closeout items, Boneyard items, Garage sale items, face coverings, socks, gift cards and digital content.

All shoes returned without a shoe box or with the shipping label affixed to the shoe box will be subject to a €10 fee.

Items returned incomplete, without the original packaging, or damaged packaging may be denied a refund or exchange or charged a restocking fee. (Apparel in new condition can be returned outside of the sealed bag)


EXCHANGES

Exchanged orders will ship once all items are available. In case the selected item should be out of stock, we will make a reservation so it ships as soon as it is restocked. 

Please allow 7-10 business days for US-stocked small products to ship.

Oversize items and items shipping freight can be subject to a return shipping cost.


RETURN PROCESS EXCEPTIONS

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

ROGUE'S CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Shipping” stage.

Once it has been shipped the order may not be canceled.

You can track the process of your order in the Order History tab of your account page and through the Rogue Shipping System..

If your order is eligible to be canceled Rogue will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation. You may also confirm that your order has been canceled in the Order History tab of your account page.

If you are unable to cancel an order because it has entered the “Shipping” stage you may return it following the steps listed above in our Return Policy.
