These sessions were developed by the expert team at PRVN Fitness, led by strength coach Shane Orr and 6-time “Fittest Woman on Earth” Tia-Clair Toomey. Easily accessed with the Beyond the Whiteboard App, the Masters subscription offers competition based programming with unique insights into achieving peak performance at the highest levels.

The PRVN Masters program is applicable to athletes with both intermediate and advanced experience, and is split into three target age groups: 35-44, 45-54, and 55+. For each age group, there is also a 3 level tier system to help guide athletes in choosing the appropriate option suited to their current fitness level. 1:30 to 2:30 hours each day, 6 days a week. You don’t have to commit to each day, however we recommend a minimum of 4 days per week to get the full benefits of the program. *Active recovery sessions on Thursday: 1-1.5 hours
If you are in a Strength & Conditioning gym or CrossFit gym, you will have all the equipment you need. GHDs, rings, sandbags or climbing ropes can always be substituted.
