The PRVN Compete program is applicable to athletes with both intermediate and advanced experience. Each day, subscribers can select their desired level, with freedom to move up or down as they see fit:
The PRVN team has developed unique mindsets and methods to both achieve and sustain success. With the Compete program, any athlete can experience the daily routine of the Fittest on Earth while still having the freedom to adapt the schedule to their own lifestyle or modify the weight(s) to their own ability (PRVN suggests keeping the time caps as recommended). Additional support is provided through the app and e-mail, with special access to the PRVN coaches and personalized goal setting and result sharing within the community, including leaderboards and analytics.

PRVN programming is designed to improve athletic performance for individuals of all fitness levels.
2-3 hours each day, 6 days a week. With that said, you don’t need to train all 6 days. However, we strongly suggest to commit to 4+ days a week to feel the benefits of the program. *Active recovery sessions on Thursdays: 40-60 minutes
If you are in a Strength & Conditioning gym or CrossFit gym with the basic equipment, you will have all you need. GHDs, rings, sandbags, d-balls and climbing ropes can always be substituted.
6 Days On. 1 Rest Day (or catch-up day).
The program is structured in order of priority, so start at the top of each day and work your way through. You can split this into two sessions or perform them in one long session. Another tip is to show consistency. We have had tremendous amount of positive feedback from those that have devoted their time.

Blocks are to be set so that the barbell is 2 inches above the knees. Reps should be done in singles.

High hang snatches should be with a tall chest while maximizing leg drive and fast turnover. Hang snatches with a 2 sec pause in the catch.

8 Good Mornings, pick load
8 Glute Ham Raises
Athlete choice on load. Use set 1 as a warm-up and for the following 3 working sets, stay at the same load.
If you do not have access to a GHD, you can complete tempo banded good mornings as a sub for the glute ham raises.
4 rounds, each for time:
400 m Run
20 Dumbbell Power Cleans, 50/35 lbs
20/16 Assault Bike Calories
10 Devil Press, 50/35 lbs
