Nike Metcon Flyknit 3 - Men's
Black / Orange Peel / Game Royal

The Men’s Metcon Flyknit 3 is lightweight, flexible, breathable, and uniquely contoured to your foot—more like a second skin than a typical training shoe. It’s also built tough to ensure a stable platform and dependable comfort through everything from weightlifting movements to rope climbs, box jumps, distance running, and more. Few cross-trainers ever developed can match this combination of precision fit and performance.

The Metcon Flyknit design includes molded flex grooves in the forefoot, along with a rubberized heel for traction and Nike's vectran filament "Flywire" technology in the midfoot for freedom of movement. Metcons are built for a lockdown fit and a dependable flat platform foundation, improving explosiveness on heavy lifts. The shoe’s light flyknit upper and stretch-woven sleeve also make it uniquely optimized for the demands of high-intensity, cross-training athletes.

Great fit
I’ve been using them for Crossfit WOD’s for a few years now, and absolutely love them. I had Reebok Nano 5’s before these and would take the Metcon’s all day. Love them.

Fly knit
I have worn these for about a month. They are ok for short periods of time. The shoe is way to tight on my instep both feet. My feet fall asleep and hurt If I wear them for more than an hour at a time. Not really a surprise. Nike shoes have always been a poor fit for my feet since I was a kid.

Solid value
Fits great, I sized down 1/2 size from my normal running shoe size due to the fact I am not wearing socks, fits like a glove, love the stretch fit, pretty comfortable and very grippy on the floor.
Yes, I recommend this product

Lasted A While But Kills Your Feet
I got this for powerlifting, rugby, and crossfit. They lasted me almost four years. The slip inside totally wore down within the second year and the shoe often cut off circulation to my foot (I have a high bridge so it might be my fault :I ). Regardless, they did their job, were very universal, and had great grip.

Uncomfortable
I bought these for my partner and he’s tried His best with them but after a few wears they are absolutely killing his feet. He’s wore metcons for years but it just seems to be something with this kind. So he can’t wear them and totally wasted my money :(

Style points, lacks comfort
I bought these shoes about a month ago. I have worn them to the gym approx 20 times. I run, lift, have lateral movements, etc. Though all of these movements the shoes have done an adequate job. I like how the shoes have a flat bottom for things such as deadlifts and unilateral work. But I have had a lot of issues with comfort in the shoes. They are very slim through the sides of the feet and have caused abrasions on the sides of my feet. Most shoes I get you have to get used to but this has been beyond that. Disappointing for there to be issues with the slimness. They continue to cause problems with sprints and lacing up the shoes too tightly. I wouldn't buy these again for training shoes.
