Rated 3 out of 5 by from FLYKNIT 2 I found this shoe has a great base, and is good for most workouts. The only complaint I would have is the heal slip.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Light-weight Trainers! I got these to replace my Invo8 fast lifts thinking they would be an ideal middle ground between a lift-specific shoe and a trainer. Initial thoughts: super light, dope style, but way to much cushion to be a real lifting shoe. Upon further inspection, the insole is nearly an inch thick and awfully forgiving (like wobbly while lunging), but the midsole, particularly at the heel, is sturdy and the outsole is rigid and flat. Solution: swapped stock insoles for a pair of Superfeet blue. Result: a ridiculously light weight, stable, fresh-looking set of kicks that allow you to stomp out cleans, get wicked low during sqauts and provide a strong platform to pry dead lifts off the floor. These are not lifting shoes though, at least not to begin with.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good shoe but for specific use This is interesting shoe. It is weight lifting/crossfit specific. Very stable, firm solid sole underfoot. Has this whole foot "compression sock" feel. They are tight and I think they need to be to work like this. I have done squats, pushed prowler and light sprints on grass. They work great for this but a bit uncomfortable for general use. I was hoping I could use this as multi use shoe traveling but afraid thats not the case. The heal insert sucks, take a few trys to get them one right. The heal cup thing will fold over and bind if you don't go in them perfectly straight. I was expecting a more general user friendly fit at this price point. I will try some regular Metcon 4s. Nike fits me well in general. Reebok seems to be between sizes, cant really use their shoe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Metcon DSX Flyknit 2 These shoes are seriously dope. I've had them a month and they are holding up really well. Usually after a few weeks shows start to lose tread and come apart when you are working them hard, not these. Super happy with this show. Overall Great Trainer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Look nice but feel AWFUL I have had nothing but issues with these shoes. They are incredibly uncomfortable. The heel of the shoe is as hard as a rock.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good cross training shoe These are good overall sneakers. I wear these when I'm doing more jumping cutting and running. My regular metcons are for weight lifting.
