Great shoe
Had Reebok’s for years but I like this shoe much better for the support and the way it forms around the foot

Great for HIIT conditioning workouts
I subscribe to the Athlean-X program, which has twice-a-week HIIT conditioning workouts. These typically involve a lot of jumps, hops, burpees, and quick footwork. Running shoes fail miserably in these workouts. Minimalist-type shoes did work well, but caused injury for me. This Metcon is a very good balance, and works really well for my HIIT workouts. I would not go on a long run in these, but short sprints is fine.

Comfortable
I literally do not take this shoe off. Gym, work, day to day grind. I’m probably just going to buy as many as I can afford and live life happily ever after! Thank you!

excellent shoe for CrossFit
Excellent shoe for crossfit practice, I recommend it 100%, very comfortable, I particularly suffer from having a short Achilles tendon and I must wear shoes that help my tendon.

Great shoe!
I purchased this shoe to replace my old metcons and love it. Ample cushion but still a stable shoe. I even wear it to squat and it has plenty of stability. Also a very comfortable casual shoe. Highly recommend it.

Great shoe
It's a good complement to my Metcons. I wear these on days with minimal or no heavy lifting, and my feet benefit from the extra cushion.
