Rogue’s Solo Mount Monster Pull-Up Bars—available in a neutral and angled version—can be affixed to any 3x3” crossmember on a Monster Series rack/rig using the included steel channel, washer, threaded nut, and button-head screw. As a unique feature, each handle can be mounted independently of the other, enabling quick adjustments and exact customization to the width of your choice.
Both versions of the Solo Mount Monster Pull-Up Bars are sold in pairs and Made in the USA, featuring knurled stainless steel handles with a diameter of 1.125”.
The Two Types of Solo Mount Bars
- Neutral: A straight pull-up bar measuring 11.875” in length.
- 45-Degree: Same handle as above but with a 45 degree bend in the steel. There is 9.438” of grip space after the bend.
The channel is the same for both versions, and is made from laser-cut and formed 5/16” steel with an MG Black powdercoat finish. The pull-up bar locks into the channel using a 3/8" x 3/4" long button head screw.

Lacking QC, Bars different angles
I have had these for over a year, the have always felt odd and appeared to be at different angles. I finally took them down and compared, they are significantly different, you can feel the differing angles when using them.

Ok, but angle of handles does not match
Construction quality is great! My only complaint is that the angles from one handle to the other are visibly different. One handle is about 1/2” lower as well.

Super nice bars
Bought these for neutral grip pull-ups. They are much bigger than I had imagined allowing variable grip spacing. The knurling is superb and the mounting is rock-solid.

Better Isolation
I’ve been doing pull-ups for many years. It made sense to give the bent version a try. It isolated my back directly but in a different area. Another pull-up exercise I can utilize while taking my biceps further out of the equation. I recommend the bent version.

More Than Just a Pull-up Bar
I purchased the neutral and curved solo mount pull-up bars and attached to my RM-6 rack with no issues. They are extremely easy to change positions with and they fit extremely tight once mounted. This allow me to add more variety to back workouts without a lot of set-up time.
One thing I experimented with was using these on the Rogue Trolley for pressing movements. They worked better than expected and fit perfectly with the Trolley arms. Since I am narrow framed, the handle attachments that come with Rogue Trolley feel a bit wide on certain movements. The solo mount pull-up bars closes the gap and feels more comfortable on those movements (just attached a plateholder to add weights).
If you have a Monster Rogue Trolley stystem, I would recommend experimenting with it.
