ACCESSOIRES
We wilden de accessoires voor ons Monster Rack volledig opnieuw ontwerpen om beter gebruik te maken van de aanzienlijke productievaardigheden en -mogelijkheden die we in de afgelopen 12 jaar hebben ontwikkeld. Onderdelen die voorheen werden ingekocht, zouden worden vervangen door nieuwe onderdelen, allemaal verspaand voor een specifieke functie en bepaald uiterlijk. Deze nieuwe onderdelen zouden nauwkeurig worden gelast met behulp van ultramoderne robots, voor meer sterkte en esthetische verfijning.
Er zouden ook nieuwe accessoires worden ontwikkeld, voor het toevoegen van functionaliteit die eerder niet beschikbaar was voor een power rack. Standaardcomponenten zouden volledig opnieuw worden ontworpen, waardoor een betere werking en meer veiligheid mogelijk worden. Zelfs het kleinste detail van het ontwerp werd onder de loep genomen. Er werden duizenden uren besteed aan het zorgen dat onze omvangrijke interne productiemiddelen optimaal werden benut, waarbij elke behoefte werd geëvalueerd en de optimale sportervaring werd gecreëerd.

Onze nieuwe reeks accessoires voor Monster Racks is van de grond af volledig opnieuw ontworpen, waarbij we onze uitgebreide productiemogelijkheden benutten om verbeteringen te realiseren op het gebied van functionaliteit, uiterlijk en kwaliteit.
De accessoires omvatten door CNC-verspaning geoptimaliseerde kenmerken die niet beschikbaar zijn bij standaard, ingekochte onderdelen. Voor extra sterkte en nauwkeurigheid wordt precisierobotlassen toegepast. De onderdelen worden afgewerkt op een van de volgende drie manieren: met onze ultramoderne reeks gepoedercoatingen, Cerakote-coating of zwart verzinkt.

CNC-onderdelen
Rather than purchasing parts off the shelf and adapting them to our needs, Rogue decided to use our own CNC manufacturing abilities to make parts that are custom designed to serve a specific purpose. This allowed us to blend form and function for a modern appearance with unique functionality. Our custom shaft collars now have increased surface where they contact the rack for improved stability, and machined acetal washers ensure that contacted paint is better protected. Other attachments like our patent-pending Knurled Knob (with a permanently attached washer) allow form a firm, lock-in connection while making it easier to move/adjust various attachments without the need of tools.
Robotlassen
Robotic welding results in the highest quality, strongest, and most uniform welds available. This is made possible by the robot’s accuracy, consistency and efficiency. When used with our in-house manufactured fixtures, quality and precision that were previously unattainable in fitness equipment become not only possible, but routine.
Because of the increased speed of the robots, temperature change of the steel and the resultant weld warp are minimized. Accuracy of weld placement within 1 thousandth of an inch means that every joint is welded correctly with consistent weld penetration. These increases in quality lead to more parts that are right the first time. This, in turn, results in lower production costs and, ultimately, lower costs for our customers.
Poedercoating
Rogue’s in-house, overhead conveyor powder-coating line is highly advanced and offers multiple advantages over older systems. First, by using multiple paint booths, parts can be continuously run with minimal downtime for color changes. Robotic paint booths are used for more consistent coverage, and all parts are prepped using an automated system ensuring outstanding paint adhesion. As a final step, parts pass through a cooling tunnel that allows them to be taken directly from the line and immediately boxed, which avoids damage that can occur with additional, unnecessary handling
