Wir haben unsere Monster Rack Attachments komplett neu zu gestaltet, um die umfangreichen Fertigungskenntnissen und Fähigkeiten, die wir in den letzten 12 Jahren entwickelt haben, besser nutzen zu können. Alte Teile, wurden durch neue Teile ersetzt, die alle speziell für eine bestimmte Funktion und ein bestimmtes Aussehen bearbeitet wurden. Diese neuen Teile würden mit modernsten Robotern präzisionsgeschweißt, um die Festigkeit zu erhöhen und eine ästhetische Raffinesse zu erzielen.
Es würden auch neue Teile erfunden, um Funktionen hinzuzufügen, die zuvor als Teil eines Power-Racks nicht verfügbar waren. Standardkomponenten würden komplett neu konzipiert, um eine bessere Funktion und Sicherheit zu ermöglichen. Jedes kleine Detail, hat die Aufmerksamkeit verdient. Tausende von Stunden wurden damit verbracht, sicherzustellen, dass all unsere umfangreichen internen Fertigungsressourcen optimal genutzt wurden, um alle Bedürfnisse zu bewerten und das optimale Sporterlebnis zu schaffen.

Unsere neue Reihe von Monster Rack Attachments wurde komplett neu gestaltet, wobei unsere erweiterten Fertigungskapazitäten genutzt wurden, um eine verbesserte Funktionalität, Optik und Qualität zu bieten.
Die Zubehörteile enthalten optimierte, CNC-gefräste Funktionen, die bei Standard-Kaufteilen nicht verfügbar sind. Präzisions-Roboterschweißen wird zur Erhöhung der Festigkeit und Genauigkeit eingesetzt. Die Teile werden auf eine von drei Arten bearbeitet: mit unserer hochmodernen Pulverbeschichtungsanlage, beschichtet mit Cerakote oder schwarz verzinkt.
manufacturing Highlights
CNC-Teile
Rather than purchasing parts off the shelf and adapting them to our needs, Rogue decided to use our own CNC manufacturing abilities to make parts that are custom designed to serve a specific purpose. This allowed us to blend form and function for a modern appearance with unique functionality. Our custom shaft collars now have increased surface where they contact the rack for improved stability, and machined acetal washers ensure that contacted paint is better protected. Other attachments like our patent-pending Knurled Knob (with a permanently attached washer) allow form a firm, lock-in connection while making it easier to move/adjust various attachments without the need of tools.
Schweißarbeit durch Roboter ausgeführt
Robotic welding results in the highest quality, strongest, and most uniform welds available. This is made possible by the robot’s accuracy, consistency and efficiency. When used with our in-house manufactured fixtures, quality and precision that were previously unattainable in fitness equipment become not only possible, but routine.
Because of the increased speed of the robots, temperature change of the steel and the resultant weld warp are minimized. Accuracy of weld placement within 1 thousandth of an inch means that every joint is welded correctly with consistent weld penetration. These increases in quality lead to more parts that are right the first time. This, in turn, results in lower production costs and, ultimately, lower costs for our customers.
Pulverbeschichtung
Rogue’s in-house, overhead conveyor powder-coating line is highly advanced and offers multiple advantages over older systems. First, by using multiple paint booths, parts can be continuously run with minimal downtime for color changes. Robotic paint booths are used for more consistent coverage, and all parts are prepped using an automated system ensuring outstanding paint adhesion. As a final step, parts pass through a cooling tunnel that allows them to be taken directly from the line and immediately boxed, which avoids damage that can occur with additional, unnecessary handling
