Not as durable as desired.
I purchased these a little over a month ago after being dissatisfied with the Alpha Grips, which are extremely similar. At first I loved the material and the comfort of the band. And, for what it’s worth, I thought they looked nice, too. As with the Alpha Grips, I used the lightest band every other day for three sets of ten. With the Alpha Grips, I was able to get approximately three months of use from them before the rubber started to deteriorate to the point that I didn’t feel it was safe to use them. With the X Band I only got two weeks worth of use out of them before the band started to tear in between the finger holes, completely negating the reason I got them as a hopefully more durable replacement for the Alpha Grips.
I have been using these bands to rehabilitate atrophy in one arm due to injury and feel like they were working well before the year appeared. I now can’t use them for fear of the band breaking under tension and further injuring my hand and forearm.
It should be noted that I stored the bands in a bag out of the sunlight and extreme temperatures and still had tearing after approximately 7 uses at the previously mentioned rate and reps.
I haven’t used the heavier bands because I needed to work my way up them but now I can’t even do that. This product has definitely been a disappointment after a promising start.

Not to bad
I’ve had the set for about a month but I had the medium band brake after the third use, other then that I’m pleased with them

Heavy duty
Purchased a medium and heavy band for rock climbing training. The medium requires much more strength for a first timer than I imagined, but I’m still happy with the item. Appears to be a quality product after a few weeks of use

I Bought Two
I bought two of the heavy ones. I pull one down to the second joint on each finger and then put the second on right at the first joint for all fingers. This is for my "heavy" hand training days. On regular work outs one HandXBand works just fine. I have rather thick/large hands and the product works great.

Simple to use and portable
This is convenient to carry and have available. It is challenging and I am glad I bought the lightest one to start with. Greta for the hands and forearms.
