Grid Ball

This design adapts the signature grid pattern of TriggerPoint’s popular Grid foam roller into a convenient 5” diameter massage ball. 

Intended to re-create the feel of a massage therapist’s hand, the Grid Ball’s exterior channels include high-and-firm portions (like the fingertips) and tubular portions (like the fingers). With a compact, lightweight, and portable size, the massage ball design makes for an efficient tool for targeted pain relief. The medium 5-inch diameter was also specifically chosen to elevate the body in order to  better target hard-to-reach areas such as the hips and shoulders,

Regular use of the Grid Ball can help stimulate blood and oxygen flow to repair muscles, reduce knots and soreness, and improve flexibility.
