My daughter recently started working out and wants to learn double unders. This rope has been perfect for me and now she can work on double unders anytime. She loves it and is excited about working towards her goal.

Simply the best rope I have tried for crossfit training (double unders). Super light.

The rope and bearing work great. However the gimmick of the threaded screwdriver in the handle is the downfall of this pretty great speed rope. The threads on the screw wear easy and both sides have to be epoxied in to not fall out during a workout. Great concept, just not great execution, buy at your own risk.

Received this today. Skipped for half an hour. It's OK, I'll use it for now but I would not buy it or suggest it to anyone else. I have average hands for a male, and just a touch taller than average. And these handles are too small to grip properly and skip with any ease or comfort. I need to grip halfway down just to get a rhythm. Secondly, as much as I love the idea of the handle housing its own screwdriver (the conical base) the screwdrivers themselves unscrew during the skip no matter where or how I hold them. One is also severly loose and I've taped it in for now but I will likely need to super glue it in if I want to keep skipping. Whatever the page says about accuracy of construction is an iffy measure considering my experience with this item after less than 15 minutes. For reference, I used to skip 4 hours a week, sometimes more (I'm out of practice, some of the mistakes during skipping are mine, for sure; but, there is no ease with these handles either). I purchased this rope after reading/watching many reviews of current ropes. I no longer have my old rope, saddly, but it also seems there are no quality ropes left, if so many people consider this the best.

I have worked with jump ropes for several decades. This rope was made for Double Unders and Speed. Very smooth ball bearings. Give the handle a spin and it will spin for over a minute by iteself.
