Good ProductI bought this item nearly a month ago and it has greatly helped with my recovery and training with a torn rotator cuff and a bad case of schollosis and curved spine.
I do find that it pinches under the arms, and that it could benefit from being thinner under the arms, but overall a great product.

A true posture revival tool.I bought this because I've had multiple neck injuries as well as tearing both shoulder labrums after years of construction and working in a hospital lifting patients in the hope's that it would help correct my posture. Well I have to say after years of injuries causing my shoulders to roll forward because of pain and hunching forward because of those injuries plus work calling for odd postures it had put my shoulders bad back through a great workout and training program. I feel I have a lot to pay back to the piper after years of abusing my body and though I'm young, only being 38, there is a lot to correct. I have seen some good changes but more importantly my physical trainer can see some serious gains in opening my chest back up as well as strengthening my shoulders and upper back since I've now paired wearing the bowtie with light physical training. I hope to some day be able to hit the gym like I used to before
I was hit with six 16 foot planks working construction in 2010 driving me 15 ft to the ground off the staging. The only complaint I have is if I wear this too long my armpits do begin to get sore but I also know it's time then to take a break for a bit because my shoulders are getting too tired to hold the posture any more and I find after an hour break or so I can get back to wearing it for another couple hours. It was important at first to know my limitations and set them, which I'm not good at following because of that testosterone thing I have, but doing so made it so I didn't have so much soreness or discomfort I wasn't able to or didn't want to wear the bowtie as much as I should. I recommend this product to many varieties of people and just simply wearing it at the hospital daily I see others all around me pulling their shoulders back and standing up straighter so subconsciously I'm helping many others by wearing this as well. My best advice to anyone thinking about buying this is know what your plans are for your body and if you buy this don't give up after a day or two of wearing it because it doesn't work or is uncomfortable get your body used to it and know it's meant to pull your shoulders back so if its cutting in too much on your armpits maybe try pulling your shoulders back and pinching them it makes a huge difference in how it feels. If you get tired and can't hold that position then take it off for a bit rest and try again. Over time you will retrain your muscles to do as they need to and it won't take as much effort to hold your shoulders back and then you can start to wear it less as just a reminder or extra help when you feel weak. This isn't meant to replace your muscles it's meant to train them remember that. I love this thing and have gotten others attaches to it and they as well now are buying one of their own so give it a try what's the worst that can happen you don't like it. If your like me you've already spent a small fortune on other things to help relieve the pain what's one more that may be the last thing you buy!

Instantly Corrects your PostureI'm a full-time desk jockey (computer programmer) and my posture goes straight to the toilet after a few hours of coding. I bought this to help fix it and it works. I also do CrossFit and have for years, and while it does help, I needed something extra to help me fix my posture.
It's tight, its supposed to be. Use the handles on the straps to position it, if it feels too low, reach over your head and grab the handle to pull it up a bit.
A lot of people claim to not be able to remove it. Its actually really easy.
1. Slightly bend over
2. Reach both hands over your head and grab the strap in the back
3. Pull it up and over your head ... and presto your out.
I'm 6'4" and I'm fairly certain I could go up a size still and while it can get unconfortable after awhile, I find it's value to surpass the discomfort. I'll wear it for an hour or two, then put it up, then maybe another hour or two.
I've had this for about 9 months not. I used it a lot for the first 2-3 weeks, helping fix a nagging lat and shoulder. This DEFINITELY helped, after that I picked it up only for routine maintenance when I felt a tinge of pain or discomfort caused by my poor posture at work. In short, I use it every 2-3 months, as needed. Its not an everyday wear piece. Having it on hand is a life saver though because when you need it/want it, you'll be glad you have it.

No Thank you from
Too uncomfortableI realize that devices to correct posture are not meant to be comfortable. But, the BowTie is VERY uncomfortable. It was also very difficult to remove. I am 5 ft 0 and size 4 female, but the small BowTie was too small.

Helps with posture, but it is TIGHT!Bought this to the size chart and it was WAAAAAAY too tight. I actually couldn't get it off on my own and had to ask for help. I ordered a size larger, which is more comfortable, but still VERY tight. It's a little hard to get off still. The bands are a little too thick and cut into my arms a bit. I can see how it will help with creating better posture, but honestly, it's not the easiest thing to maneuver around in, so I don't wear it as often as I should.
