Vest is comfortable and holds 18 2.5 lb weights. 45 lbs total added weight. Awesome!!!!

I'm a life-long runner, recently recovering from eye surgery with strict orders to NOT run or lift. Walking was permitted although it wasn't doing anything for me, so I ordered the Box weighted vest with extra weight to try to get something more out of walking. The weighted vest saved the day and my sanity by allowing me to continue working out and feel like I was actually challenging myself. Uphill, weighted vest treadmill walks are a great way to work up a sweat and I plan to continue them even after I get the green light to run again. Highly recommend getting the Tough Hook Hanger with the vest and extra weights so it's easier to store.

I was using rocks in a backpack for ruck marches before I bought the Rogue weighted vest. With the vest the weight is high and tight so I can up my weight without hurting my shoulders. I’m getting fierce in a hurry. This is the best money I’ve spent all year for sure.

Was looking for a durable, easily adjustable weight vest that would not move excessively while working out (running with/without incline, kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight specifically) and I really think the vest hits the mark. If you have a large imbalance between front/back weight loads the vest will pull towards the heavier side and sit a bit uneven on your body (if you keep the securing side straps loose enough to breathe heavily as I do), but that should be expected. If you are conscious about having no more than say a 10lb difference between front and back loads that will not be an issue, even with incline runs/angled exercises as is common with TRX, for example. The only test I have not put this vest through is a wash (badly needed at this point...) but given the quality of the build of the vest I can't imagine it wouldn't bear many many washes without issue, it's truly a solid piece of equipment. I typically carry 20-35lb. weight loads, and the bulk of the vest with weight from the size of the weights is no issue at all, if anything it makes me feel like a viking about to blow through a brick wall, but not excessive size add dimensionally. I was on a wait list for months for this vest, and at this price point I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again, it is very easily one of my favorite additions to my home gym. For reference of use, I will wear for 5k runs, virtually all TRX exercises, virtually all bodyweight exercises, and various kettlebell/dumbbell exercises where extra bodyweight adds to the effort (e.g. weighted lunges). Fits comfortably for every single one of these, and the tightness of the fit is easily/quickly adjusted if needed. Not a solicited add or otherwise, just a guy who waited a long time for a vest, and was hyper critical of it's performance by the time I got it because I passed up on (in my opinion) seemingly lesser quality vests from other vendors that I could have gotten quicker in the meantime because I had researched a bit up to finding this vest. Couldn't be happier that I waited.

I have been wanting this since a few years and finally decided it was time. I’m a pretty short person so this is perfect for my short torso to stil be able to do sit ups and stuff. Doesn’t chafe on my shoulders which is great! Do wish the securing of it would be a little more snug. The one strap around the waist feels a little to lose for my liking, but that is really all the criticism I have!

This weight vest totally meets my expectations. Very happy with it!
